2025 Award Nominations

Nomination applications are currently open through February 7 for the 2025 Young Physician and Lifetime Achievement Awards. Please submit nomination form(s) by clicking the link below and provide us as much detailed information on your nominee’s accomplishments and community involvement as possible. The Young Physicians Award is intended for physicians under the age of 48 years old.

Our Nominating Committee (consisting of all past presidents and past recipients) will evaluate and ultimately select the recipients based on the criteria below:

1. Dedication to high standards of medical practice.
2. Dedication to the care and wellbeing of the patients of their community.
3. Dedication to the support of physician colleagues in the medical community.
4. Involvement in humanitarian activities.
5. Involvement in community civic activities.
6. Leadership in the medical and civic communities.
